- to improve the professional skills of teachers in the field of taught modules/disciplines, taking into account the needs of the labor market and industry;

Personnel training profile:hotel and restaurant business, food technology, tourism, marketing.
Date: 2024: The country is France and Germany. Total number: There are 10 teachers, of which 4 are teachers of special disciplines and 6 are masters of industrial training.

- Participation of industrial training masters in professional skill competitions with basic cooking techniques of French cuisine.
- Conducting Urban workshops on the topics "French baking and making the classic dessert Tarte tatin", "Preparation of therapeutic and dietary nutrition using World skills requirements", "Cupcake preparation", "Duck breast with Flambe sauce".
- Carrying out catering using European methods.
- Development and participation in the city forum "Discovering the world of professions" with a business project on the topics "Growing and using microgreens for cooking", "SweetBloom" edible marshmallow bouquets - teacher's result 2nd place
- Participation in the Pitching of Ideas contest for students and schoolchildren The Living Taste project is aimed at growing and selling microgreens and sprouted seeds in a restaurant. The growing process takes from 5 to 14 days - the project took 3rd place
